How do I cancel or change my appointment?You can call- text- email. 971-297-4487 spellboundbeauty@outlook.com Text is the best way to contact me- Please understand that I may be with a client and will get back to you as soon as I can. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, you can do so by going to https://spellboundbeautyco.glossgenius.com/ to adjust your appointment. Please do not try to respond to the confirmation text that gets sent by Gloss genius. It is a courtesy automated text line which I do not receive notifications from. (Please view the POLICIES PAGE for more information)

Why do I need to pay a deposit?I require a deposit on all services $100 deposit on all specialty services. Which include (but not limited to) color corrections- keratin treatments, fashion colors, and extension installs-etc. $ 50 deposits for all regular services. Which include (but not limited to) root touch ups, all over colors, highlights, etc. This deposit is to reserve your appointment. It is included in your final pricing, not additional to your services. (Please read 24-hour cancellation policy.) A deposit is also for purchasing any specific products that I will have to purchase outside of my regular inventory, prior to your appointment. (EX; Special shampoo, conditioner, treatments, hair extensions, etc.) 24 Hour rough overview (Please visit POLICIES page for more information) If you need to RESCHEDULE your appointment- with an OVER 24-hour notice- your deposit will TRANSFER to the next appointment. With NO additional deposits or fees. If you CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment UNDER the 24-hours, your deposit will be COLLECTED. A new appointment can be made- But a NEW DEPOSIT will be required. If you NO-SHOW your appointment with no contact to inform me- your deposit will be COLLECTED. A new appointment can be made- But a NEW DEPOSIT will be required and an additional $50 inconvenience fee. Please look at my policies page to read over the 24-hour cancelation and no-show policy.

How much do services cost?I charge a flat rate of $100/Hour. It is all inclusive of all products needed, extra colors, wash-haircut-blowdry-styling) *Haircuts are included in all of my services* Timing (pricing) will depend on a few different variables. -How long and thick your hair is -What type of look you are going for -What services will need to be provided to achieve the inspired look. -How many sessions will be needed to achieve the inspired look. (Sometimes more than one appointment may be necessary) -Will I need to special order product? -Will you need to purchase product for at home maintenance? -How often will you need to come in to maintain your look?
